• Welcome to my Practice

“Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but desire fulfilled is a tree of life.” Proverbs 13:12
    Understand. Heal. Grow.
    We Can Do This Together

You may find yourself at a critical crossroad in life, in which you now seek direction for healing and restoration from depression, anxiety, uncertainty, trauma, loss/grief, or dealing with separation/divorce, history of trauma or abuse, addiction, or health concerns. I help individuals and families find their abundant path to real change and freedom using a holistic approach to considering the whole person’s mind, body, and spirit. I provide faith based counseling that can heal the mind and the soul for those who wish to openly discuss God, the Bible and their belief in the power of prayer. However, I also welcome people of other faith backgrounds or individuals to explore your spiritual journey.

I come from a multicultural background and have 20 years of experience treating a broad range of clinical issues from diverse cultures, as well as treating children and families. I will incorporate current research in neuroscience, mindfulness, EMDR, attachment styles and integrative health. I will use a combination of evidenced-based treatment techniques, interpersonal therapy and psycho-education that match your problems and needs. Together we will collaborate to formulate the treatment goals and plan based on the initial assessment.

    Compassionate & Professional

We care about you, your family, and your story. You can trust that we will treat you with respect, dignity and compassion in every interaction, while maintaining the highest standards for integrity and ethics.
