You may find yourself at a critical crossroad in life, in which you now seek direction for healing and restoration from depression, anxiety, loss, grief, separation/divorce, history of trauma or abuse, addiction, or health concerns. Perhaps you face a major life decision or transition. You may be dealing with difficulty in your marriage or need help with with your child or teen who is struggling socially, emotionally, academically, or with disruptive behavior. Our life path is the summation of our choices and circumstances. In order to walk on the "good" path that leads to optimal well being including peace, joy and health, satisfying relationships and work, meaning and purpose, and minimal regret, we must be intentional and wise in our choices. There is a Chinese proverb that states, "Missing by a hundredth or a thousandth of an inch, will end up in a distance of a thousand miles". Meaning, you may start with a small mistake at the beginning of a path, but you find yourself afterwards with a distance of a thousand miles from your intention.
As an experienced psychologist, I have worked with hundreds of clients and understand the intricacies of various psychological issues that people face.
I help individuals, couples and families find their abundant path to real change and freedom though my holistic approach to considering the person's soul (mind-will-emotions), body, and spirit. I help clients resolve their emotional issues of the past and the present, as well as finding balance in prioritizing family and relationships, spiritual growth, physical and mental health, work, finances, education, recreation, and ministry, etc.
I will incorporate evidenced-based treatment techniques and psycho-education that match your problems and needs. Together we will collaborate to formulate the treatment goals and plan based on the initial assessment.
